Before you start

You will need:

  • Your California Lottery Retailer Number or Chain ID
  • The store owner or authorized Primary User
  • Owner ID from California Lottery support
  • First name and last name for the Primary User
  • Email address you will use to log in, plus access to that inbox
  • Mobile phone and business phone
  • Two security questions and answers
  • A password that meets the registration page requirements
  • If you do not have the Owner ID required during onboarding, call California Lottery support at 1-800-568-8379 between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM PT.

For existing California Lottery retailers

  1. Go to the California Retailer Wizard Primary Registration page.
  2. Enter your Retailer Number or Chain ID.
  3. Complete the CAPTCHA or verification gate if shown.
  4. Enter the Owner ID. If you do not have it, call 1-800-568-8379 between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM PT.
  5. Enter the Primary User's first name, last name, email address, mobile phone, and business phone.
  6. Create and confirm a password.
  7. Choose two security questions and provide answers.
  8. Accept the Terms of Use and submit the registration.

For new retailers

If your store is not yet a California Lottery retailer, start with the official Become a Retailer page or Retailer Request for Evaluation. California Lottery says a local representative will review your information and contact you during the evaluation process.
