Connecticut Lottery Retailer Help
How to Set Up Connecticut Lottery Retailer Wizard Account Access
Connecticut Lottery retailers use Retailer Wizard to manage lottery business information from a desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. The portal gives retailers access to sales, commissions, trends, EFT sweep amounts, alerts, reports, documents, users, and training resources.
For a convenience store or gas station, Connecticut Retailer Wizard access gives your team a cleaner way to review lottery activity without being tied to the lottery terminal. Once the account is active, you can check important reports, see what is due on the next sweep, review scratch ticket information, and manage users who need access.

- Compare scratcher sales against POS reported sales.
- Match payouts between the lottery system and POS.
- Compare lotto sales across POS and lottery reports.

You will need:
- Your Connecticut Lottery Retailer Number
- The store owner or authorized Primary User for the initial account
- An email address you will use to log in
- Your phone number and account contact information
