Before you start
You will need:

- Your business and retail location information
- Owner, officer, manager, or authorized contact information
- A working email address for portal or application communication
- Any instructions from Kansas Lottery Retailer Services or your Lottery District Manager
- If retailer number, signup eligibility, or portal setup is unclear, call Kansas Lottery Retailer Development at 785-296-5757, Retailer Services at 785-296-5753, or Kansas Lottery HQ at 785-296-5700.
The current Kansas source folder gives a retailer signup URL and a Retailer Portal help URL. It does not provide a detailed field-by-field signup manual, so retailers should use the official signup page and contact Kansas Lottery Retailer Services if any account information is unclear. If your retailer number, authorized contact, or portal setup status is unclear, call Kansas Lottery Retailer Development at 785-296-5757 or Retailer Services at 785-296-5753.
For existing Kansas Lottery retailers
- Go to the Kansas Retailer Portal help site if you need to understand what the portal provides.
- Use the Kansas retailer portal login or signup path supplied by Kansas Lottery Retailer Services for your location.

- Ask whether your location should have a Super User and whether additional Clerk users should be added.
- After access is active, review the portal areas for sales, games, instant ticket inventory, reports, and account information.
Kansas Retailer Portal help describes independent retail location users and corporate account users. Independent Super Users can manage portal access for their location, while Clerk users can view information for the assigned location.
