How to Get Access to the Nebraska Lottery Retailer Wizard Portal
Nebraska Lottery retailers use Retailer Wizard to view sales, commissions, EFT and sweep amounts, reports, documents, and scratch ticket information.
Getting portal access gives your store a cleaner way to review lottery activity without waiting on paper records or hunting through separate files. Once your account is active, you can check reports, settlement information, scratch ticket details, documents, and user access from one official Nebraska Lottery system.

Before you start
You will need:
- Your Nebraska Lottery Retailer Number
- An email address you will use to log in
- Your business phone or mobile phone
- Access to your email inbox for verification
- If you do not have your Retailer Number or the Primary Account setup is unclear, call the Nebraska Lottery office at 800-587-5200 or 402-471-6100 during office hours.
Only the store owner can create the first Primary Account for an independent retailer. After the Primary Account is created, additional users can be added from the Manage Users section. If the owner does not have the Retailer Number or the setup email is not arriving, call the Nebraska Lottery office at 800-587-5200 or 402-471-6100 before creating duplicate accounts.
For independent retailers
- Go to the Nebraska Retailer Wizard portal.
- Click Sign Up.
- Enter your Retailer Number and click Submit.
- Complete the registration form.
- Create your password and security questions.
- Agree to the Terms of Use and submit the form.
- Check your email for the verification email.
- Click the verification link to activate your account.
After activation, you can log in using the email and password you created.
For chain accounts
If you are the Primary Chain User, the initial setup is handled through the Nebraska Lottery. The Nebraska Lottery guide says Primary Chain Users must contact the Nebraska Lottery to set up the Retailer Wizard portal.
Once Nebraska Lottery creates the account, you will receive a verification email. Use that email link to complete registration and activate your account. After the Primary User is active, additional Secondary Users can be created through Manage Users.
Logging in
- Go to ne.lotteryservices.com/retailerwizard.
- Enter the email address used during sign up.
- Enter your password.
- Click Log In.
Forgot password
Click Forgot Password on the login page. Enter your email address and submit the request. The portal will ask the security question you created during sign up. After you answer correctly, a temporary password will be emailed to you. Log in with the temporary password and reset your password.
Where to find reports
After logging in, open Reports from the main menu. Reports are posted by date. You can search by report name, date range, and category. Reports can be downloaded as PDF, CSV, or Excel, and the Invoice Details report may also be available in XML format.

The Scratch Dashboard includes scratch sales, inventory, current liability, projected settlements, price point mix, top-selling games, new games, and slow-moving games.
