Before you start
You will need:
- Your New York Lottery Retailer Account or Retailer ID as provided by New York Lottery
- An email address you will use to log in
- Your business phone or mobile phone number
- Access to your email inbox for verification and account activation
- If you do not have your Retailer ID or your account setup is unclear, contact New York Lottery before creating duplicate accounts.
Independent retailers can use Sign Up on the Retailer Wizard login panel. For chain accounts, the Primary Chain User setup is handled directly by New York Lottery, which creates the account and sends an activation email. After activation, the Primary User can create Secondary Users through Manage Users.
For independent New York Lottery retailers
- Go to the New York Retailer Wizard portal at nyretailer.lotteryservices.com/arwui/.
- Click Sign Up on the login panel.
- Enter your Retailer ID and click Submit.
- Complete the registration form after verification.
- Accept Terms of Use and complete CAPTCHA.
- Submit the form.
- Check your email for a verification link.
- Click the verification link to activate your account.
- After activation, log in using your email and password.
Do not create duplicate accounts if the Retailer ID is not recognized or the activation email does not arrive. Contact New York Lottery for account setup help before trying a second registration.
For New York Lottery chain accounts
If you are the Primary Chain User, account setup is handled directly by New York Lottery. You do not use the Sign Up option. New York Lottery creates your account and sends an activation email.
Use the email link to activate your account. After activation, Secondary Users can be created by the Primary User through the Manage Users section inside Retailer Wizard.
Logging in
- Go to the New York Retailer Wizard portal at nyretailer.lotteryservices.com/arwui/.
- Enter your registered email address and password.
- Click Log In.
- Complete any required verification if prompted.
Forgot password
Click Forgot Password on the Retailer Wizard login page. Enter your email address and submit the request. The portal will ask the security question created during sign up. After you answer correctly, a temporary password will be emailed to you. Log in with the temporary password, then reset your password.
Where to find reports
After logging in, open Reports from the main menu. Reports are organized by date and can be searched by report name, date range, and category. Reports can be downloaded in PDF, CSV, Excel, and XML for Invoice Details if available.
