How Oregon Lottery Retailers Set Up Retailer Portal Access
Oregon Lottery retailers use the Retailer Portal to create an account, link an existing retailer number, access dashboards, review reports, and manage retailer activity.
For a convenience store or gas station, Oregon Retailer Wizard access gives your team a cleaner way to review lottery activity without waiting on paper records. Once the account is active, you can check reports by date, download report files, review scratch dashboard activity, and manage users from one official portal.

Before you start
You will need:
- Your Oregon Lottery Retailer Account or Retailer ID as provided by Oregon Lottery
- An email address you will use to log in
- Your business phone or mobile phone number
- Access to your email inbox for verification and account activation
- If you do not have your Retailer ID or your account setup is unclear, contact Oregon Lottery before creating duplicate accounts.
After creating a portal account, use Link to Current or Previous Retailer and choose Link to Existing Retailer to connect the account to your retailer number.
For independent Oregon Lottery retailers
- Go to the Oregon Lottery Retailer Portal.
- Click Sign Up.
- Fill out the registration form with the required details.
- After submission, open the verification email and verify your account.
- Log in using the credentials created during registration.
- Enter the MFA code sent to your email.
- After verification, use Link to Current or Previous Retailer, click Link to Existing Retailer, enter your retailer number, and click Continue.
Do not create duplicate accounts if the Retailer ID is not recognized or the activation email does not arrive. Contact Oregon Lottery for account setup help before trying a second registration.
For Oregon Lottery chain accounts
If you are the Primary Chain User, account setup is handled directly by Oregon Lottery. You do not use the Sign Up option. Oregon Lottery creates your account and sends an activation email.
Use the email link to activate your account. After activation, Secondary Users can be created by the Primary User through the Manage Users section inside Retailer Wizard.
Logging in
- Go to the Oregon Lottery Retailer Portal login page.
- Enter the email address used during sign up.
- Enter your password.
- Click Log In.
- Enter the authentication code sent to your email if prompted.
Forgot password
Click Forgot Password on the login page. Enter your email address and submit the request. The portal will ask the security question created during sign up. After you answer correctly, a temporary password will be emailed to you. Log in with the temporary password and reset your password.
Where to find reports
After logging in, open Reports from the main menu. Reports are organized by date and can be searched by report name, date range, and category. Reports can be downloaded in PDF, CSV, Excel, and XML for Invoice Details if available.

The Scratch Dashboard includes scratch sales, inventory, current liability, projected settlements, price point mix, top-selling games, new games, and slow-moving games.
