You will need:

- Use the portal registration path for retailer users.
- Enter your Retailer ID and email when prompted.
- Activate the account through the email link.
- Log in using the registered credentials.

For Tennessee Education Lottery chain accounts
Primary Chain Users are created by Tennessee Education Lottery. Self-registration is not available for Chain Heads, and activation is completed through an email invitation.
After activation, Primary Users can manage and add Secondary Users. User access is controlled within the portal.
