Before you start

You will need:

  • Your Washington Lottery Retailer ID
  • A valid email address for login and account verification
  • Access to your email inbox for activation and password setup
  • Business phone or mobile number
  • If you do not have your Retailer ID or account details, contact Washington Lottery before proceeding.

Independent retailers can self-register through the Lottery Services Portal using their Retailer ID and email. For chain accounts, Primary Chain Users are created by Washington Lottery and activated through an email invitation.

For independent Washington Lottery retailers

  1. Go to the Washington Lottery Services Portal at wa-lsp.lotteryservices.com/lspwa/public/lotteryhome.
  2. Use the portal registration path for retailer users.
  3. Enter your Retailer ID and email when prompted.
  4. Activate the account through the email link.
  5. Log in using the registered credentials.

After verification, use the portal dashboard to confirm which reports and store tools are available for your location.

For Washington Lottery chain accounts

Primary Chain Users are created by Washington Lottery. Self-registration is not available for Chain Heads, and activation is completed through an email invitation.

After activation, Primary Users can manage and add Secondary Users. User access is controlled within the portal.

  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. Complete security verification if prompted.

Forgot password

Use the Forgot Password option to reset your account. A temporary password will be sent to your registered email after verification.
